Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Shipping 

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders are shipped after 5-7 business days, but with Covid-19, we are experiencing some delays in shipping around 10 days, we apologize for a delay and inconvenience.  

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with the tracking information when your order has shipped. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. 

Mostly Mia is not held responsible for packages in cases of providing the wrong address, address change(s) or moving. All handling fees from USPS are responsible of the buyer. All reshipping fees are held responsible of the buyer.  

 *Mostly Mia is not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once USPS has received the package from us. 

  Cancelations 

At this moment we are unable to cancel any order 

 Returns & Exchanges   

 All sale and clearance products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

All returnable items (see ineligible items below) can be returned for store credit within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in the same original package. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form below. If no form is included with your return we won’t be able to accept the return and you will have to pay for shipping to get the product back. Once received, all returns will be processed and refunds/credits will be processed every Friday. You will be emailed a confirmation and your account will be credited.

All returns will be charged a $5 restocking fee.

You are held responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you get a tracking number for the return package. Mostly Mia will process all returns within 5-10 days of receiving them. Store credits will be issued during those 10 days.

 Please check your order immediately after receiving it. We won't be processing returns after 14 days of receiving the item.
