Shipping and Returns Policy
Orders are packaged and shipped Monday – Friday only. Online orders typically shipped between 5-7 business days by first class mail. If you need expedited shipping please contact us and we will do everything we can to help!
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with the tracking information when your order has shipped.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.
Mostly Mia is not held responsible to pay for packages in cases of providing the wrong address, address change(s) or moving. All handling fees from USPS are responsible of the buyer. All reshipping fees are held responsible of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges
All online purchases are valid for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
Mail all returns with a note including the order number and the reason for the return.

You are held responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you get a tracking number for the return package. Mostly Mia will process all returns within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow your refund 3-5 business days to process.

Please check your order immediately after receiving it. We won't be processing returns after 14 days of receiving the item.
